ABOUT THE AWARDS

The TNJ Africa 40 Under Forty Achievement Awards program will capture the entrepreneurial spirit and dynamism of Africa’s business community. The Forty Under 40 Awards recognize and honor the next generation of business leaders and professionals under the age of 40 who are making headlines in their fields and who are committed to the development of the continent.

A call for nominations is issued that will generate scores of entries. These nominations will be judged by a prestigious committee of business and community leaders. Nominees are evaluated using three criteria: career accomplishments, professional expertise and community and charitable involvement.

The culmination of 40 Under Forty comes in November with a fun-filled gala that celebrates the new recipients.
