Erroll B. Davis Jr.
Erroll B. Davis Jr. was elected to the board of directors of Union Pacific Corp. Davis is the chairman and CEO of Alliant Energy Corp., based in Madison, Wis. He holds an engineering degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Alliant is an energy holding company with regulated utility providers and nonregulated companies involved in delivering energy-related products and services. Union Pacific�s principal operating company is Union Pacific Railroad.
Gail L. Moaney
Gail L. Moaney was appointed to the advisory council of the nonprofit development organization Counterpart International. Moaney is executive vice president and director of travel and tourism at Ruder Finn Arts & Communications Counselors, New York. Moaney�s expertise includes implementing communications programs for destination, transportation, hospitality, and economic development clients worldwide. Moaney is a graduate of Howard and American Universities, a member of the Caribbean Tourism Organization and an allied member of the American Society of Travel Agents.
Cyrus "Russ" Jollivette
Cyrus "Russ" Jollivette was promoted to senior vice president, public affairs, at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. He will provide leadership for community, governmental and legislative relations, corporate and executive communications, and public policy programs. Prior to joining BCBSF in 2002, Jollivette ran his own consulting firm and held senior executive positions at educational, media and legal institutions in Miami and Washington, D.C. Jollivette holds a master�s degree in business administration in management from Long Island University and a juris doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
Elwanda Young
Elwanda Young was appointed senior vice president, program integration and strategic planning, at United Way of New York City. She oversees the organization�s Community Action Strategy and orchestrates the work of the marketing/communications, community investments and resource development departments. Before joining the UWNYC in 1992, Young was executive director of Elmcor Youth and Adult Activities, a large, multiservice organization in Corona, N.Y. Young graduated from York College, the City University of New York, with a B.S. in biology.
