LocalResponse’s two-prong methods of aggregating information from Twitter and social media services such as Path, Yelp, Color, Instagram etc. determines what companies and/or businesses people are talking about along with who and where their customers are. In doing this, they can publicly thank them for their patronage and offer incentives for them to return.
