Natasha R. Williams
Managing Partner & Principal Strategist
N-Touch Strategies LLC
Natasha Williams has had a successful career for nearly 20 years at such Fortune 500 companies as Kraft Foods Group Inc., Procter & Gamble Co. and PepsiCo, but she really has been a problem-solver all her life. In junior high school, when she tired of the candy options she had at home, she sold her excess candy at school to make a profit and diversify her purchasing options. Through the constant refinement of complex challenges, which sharpened her God-given talent for designing creative solutions, Williams now is a managing partner and principal strategist at N-Touch Strategies, where she designs strategies that generate double- and triple-digit sales for top-grossing global companies.
“I enjoy the beauty of the process in helping clients to unlock the solution that they didn’t think was possible or didn’t know how to attain,” says Williams.
Williams was the first in her family to attend college. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and an MBA from the University of Dallas. Her career success has not been void of challenges, however. A month after she began her role at Procter & Gamble, for example, her manager began maternity leave, forcing Williams to learn the ways of the organization and a new team fast. “I learned to trust myself and to be unafraid to offer a different perspective,” she states. “I also learned the importance of having the confidence to speak up and I’ve been speaking up ever since.”
Williams firmly believes that she is blessed in order to be a blessing to others. She is an active philanthropist, volunteering in her church and with the American Cancer Society, United Way and other organizations. Her plans for the future include expanding N-Touch’s Fortune 500 and public sector portfolios, and being transformative on both sides of the business.
