Greetings from the Westchester Black Nurses, Inc. (WBNA). The Westchester Black Nurses Association, Inc. will hold their general membership meeting on January 8, 2013 @ 6pm. Our meeting are generallly held on the 1st Tuesday of each month, but due to the holiday the next meeting will be on January 8th. The meetings are held at the St. Francis & St Martha’s Church 575 Tarrytown Road White Plains, New York. WBNA membership is extended to RNs, LPN's, NPs' and nursing students. Please join us at the next monthly meeting.

The Westchester Black Nurses’ Association, Inc (WBNA) is a local chapter of the National Black Nurses’ Association (NBNA). The Westchester Black Nurses Association participates in campaigns related to healthcare issues. WBNA also participate in community outreach, health fairs, health screenings, mentoring programs and health/safety educational programs. The founding members of the National Black Nurses Association recognized that in order to make a difference in the quality of life in our communities, black nurses across the nation had to take the lead. WBNA membership is extended to RNs, LPNs, NPs and nursing students.
