Donald Remy was selected to be senior vice president and deputy general counsel to Fannie Mae, the nation's financing giant for home mortgages. Remy will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of a comprehensive program for managing Fannie Mae's legal and regulatory compliance risk.
Nicole Y. Bertrand is the new conventions sales coordinator for the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, where she will serve as liaison with hoteliers, coordinate special events within the technology industry, including receptions, college/job fairs, banquets, and concerts.
Tomika Hughey will recharge the commercial appeal of northeast Washington, D.C. as the new executive director for the H Street Main Street commercial revitalization program, which focuses on commercial development-promotions, economic restructuring, design, and building organizational capacity. Hughey has a masters degree in planning from Florida State University.
Michelle Taylor-Jones has been promoted to senior vice president and director of affinity markets in the Community Investment Group at Fleet Bank. Taylor-Jones now leads the Women of Color Initiative at Fleet, which promotes a long-term strategy for product development, services and programs for clients.
