Developed from an overwhelming demand H.E.R. Day Corporation was formed from the voices of many daughters that have lost their mothers. H.E.R. Day is a non-profit organization for women who have lost their mothers, our mission is to provide an atmosphere for women who have lost their mothers where they can obtain knowledge, health awareness, make a connection of understanding and be encouraged. One way that we do this is by hosting a one day annual conference that we refer to as “H.E.R. Day”. At H.E.R Day we cover important areas of the daughter’s life like mental health, physical health and coping mechanisms. We recognize that friends play major roles in the lives of many women and with that friend in mind we also have a break-out that specifically speaks to the friend(s).
