In 2003, Ace Champion was struggling to make a name for himself as a
chef in Louisiana. So he moved to Wisconsin, where he figured he might
stand out for his Creole cooking. He did, and then some. Today, the 37-year old is a chef and a cooking instructor who has an unorthodox approach to both where and how he teaches.

Commerce last week at a private ceremony in Washington DC, officials at
the organization announced.
