Eric Johnson is a member of the board of trustees of New York’s Rochester Institute of Technology. He is president and CEO of Baldwin Richardson Foods Co. Inc. Johnson is former president of Johnson Products, a family business and one of the nation’s first publicly traded African American company. He earned his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mary C. Brisbane is partner at the Long Island offices of Syntax Communications Group, a marketing communications firm with headquarters in West Sayville, NY. She is vice president of school services and has worked with Syntax for eight years as a public relations professional.
Sonia Martel is director of DBE programs and contract administration at Hertz Corp., Park Ridge, NJ, where she is responsible for supplier diversity initiative. She was coordinator of supplier diversity at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons Inc. and manager of minority business affairs at Universal Orlando.
Theresa Racine is director of media and communications at the Bronx Overall Economic Development Corp., responsible for promoting the image of the Bronx and its economic empowerment zone.
