The 33-year old business organization represents the interests of more than 95,000 African-Americans holding master’s degrees in business administration. Prior to her nomination, Adams was president of J Adams: Strategic Communications LLC in New York. |

Wanda Pendleton, was named national director of advertising sales for Major Broadcasting Cable Network. Prior to her appointment she was the northeast regional executive director for National Cinema Network in NYC, where she was reponsible for start-up and management of the Northeast Regional Sales Office. In her new role, she will be reponsible for the development and implementation of the advertising strategy. |

George Wright, Ph.D., was named president of Practice View A& M University in Prairie View, Texas. He served as vice provost and professor of history at both Duke University and the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to being name president of historically black college, he was executive vice president for academic affairs and provost for the University of Texas at Arlington. Wright is the author of three books on African American history. |
