Harold L. Cochran
Harold L. Cochran was named president and chief executive of the Weiss Group Inc., a diversified financial services company of Jupiter, Fla. Cochran joined Weiss in June 2003 as senior vice president, business development. He previously was vice president of business development at Revelation America, Memphis, Tenn., where he was responsible for partnerships with companies such as GE Financial Services. Cochran served as president of the American Management Association of Milwaukee, Wisc., and vice president of the National Association of Black Accountants of Dallas.
Vikki L. Pryor
Vikki L. Pryor, president and chief executive officer of SBLI USA Mutual Life Insurance Co. Inc., was elected to the board of directors of KeySpan Corp., the largest distributor of natural gas in the Northeast. Pryor, who previously was senior vice president of operations at Oxford Health Plans in Connecticut, serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council of the University at Buffalo Law School. She has served on the boards of the Life Insurance Council of New York (LICONY), the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, UST Corp. and the Pension Reserves Investment Management Board.
Alfonso E. Lenhardt
Alfonso E. Lenhardt was named senior vice president, government relations, at Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure Inc. A retired major general in the U.S. Army, Lenhardt will oversee business development activities with federal, state and local agencies. He previously served as sergeant-at-arms for the U.S. Senate, where he managed a staff of more than 2,300 and an annual operating budget of $200 million. Shaw E&I, a subsidiary of the Shaw Group Inc., Baton Rouge, La., provides engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and facilities management services.
Felicia Williams
Felicia Williams was elected to the new corporate position of vice president of internal audit for Federated Department Stores Inc. Williams is currently the director of internal audit for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Co., in Athens, Greece, a position she has held since June 2002. At Federated, Williams will be responsible for implementing internal controls and overseeing an internal audit staff of 25. A graduate of Florida A&M University with a degree in accounting, Williams began her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Washington, D.C.
