Senior Art Producer
Saatchi & Saatchi
New York City
For many, the opportunity to travel abroad extensively is the stuff of dreams. For Hosanna Marshall, it’s a reality. She has lived and worked abroad and considers herself a global citizen with a passion for different cultures that has influenced her both personally and professionally. A senior art producer since 2009 with the renowned advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi, Marshall hires the artists and creative talent that execute the agency’s advertising campaigns for its clients. It is her responsibility to know artists across the creative spectrum — photography, moving image, illustration, mixed media and computer-generated imaging — and to match the right talent with the creative concepts and brands. A conduit between the art and advertising/marketing worlds, she facilitates the production of the art from start to finish. “Saatchi & Saatchi has a range of clients on a global scale. I enjoy discovering emerging artists and connecting them with the right support team and resources to help grow their careers,” says Marshall. General Mills, Lenovo, Olay, Tide and the 2012 Olympics programming are on her client list.
Marshall began her 10-year career with Saatchi & Saatchi as an account executive. She left to become a producer and designer at a leading architecture and interior design studio, after which she was an account manager and an art buyer/producer at two separate agencies before returning to Saatchi & Saatchi in 2009. “I’ve found a perfect blend of strategy, business and creativity as a producer,”
Fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese and French, Marshall studied at the University of Barcelona, Spain, and took French language classes at New York University’s School of Continuing Education. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brown University. In addition to Spain, she has lived in Argentina and looks forward to seeing more of the world.”
